What format are the photos in?
All mondolibrary photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on Newest Photos to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes. As soon as you are registered as photographer, you can submit your photos. Each photo has to be approved by us.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. Since we provide you with a download link immediately after the purchase is completed, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Do you offer any discounts?
While we realise discounting seems attractive, we support the needs of photographers to make a living and cover their expenses. Note, however, that our photographers accept to have a discount applied, at the discretion of mondolibrary, of up to 50%, when the image could serve the need of justifiably under-resourced organisations. These discounts will be rare and will have to be, as said, fully justified by you.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the mondolibrary photos that I download?
Yes. Non-commercial use of our photos is obligatory. While mondolibrary offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the use of our photos in any medium, document or message whose purpose it is to sell or promote a product or service.
